For six long months, Jennifer and her disabled husband, Daniel Varos, lived out of their car, navigating unimaginable hardship. But their story didn’t end there—it turned a powerful corner the moment Jennifer connected with us.

With Michelle P. as her case manager and the unwavering support of our team, Jennifer began to rebuild her life, step by step. Through a powerful partnership with AYBOS Advocacy Services and the Denver Housing Authority, she was able to qualify for a Non-Elderly Disabled Housing Voucher—a life-changing step toward stability and independence.

Jennifer has been fully engaged in our programs, making the most of everything from job readiness courses to TBI services. Her determination, courage, and commitment to moving forward represent everything The Road Called Strate stands for.
