The Road Called STRATE offers many opportunities for individuals, youth & families to improve their skills & build community in a variety of ways.

Case Management
Clients are assigned a Case Manager that based on individual needs, will support and provide resources on a case by case basis.

SNAP recipients gain long-term self-sufficiency, independence, and meaningful employment by participating in our work-related education and training activities.

Tuesday & Thursday

STRATE Teen Talk
Youth (9-20 years of age) participate in mentoring opportunities that encourage them to become champions in life by making the right choices and decisions. Teen Talk allows like minded individuals to have a voice and feel heard while building peer and community connections.

In Reach Program
The Road Called STRATE in collaboration with State Correctional Facilities provides information about resources upon release. These holistic resources include case management support, housing referrals employment and training opportunities, education, resources, mental health referrals, and other support services.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Screenings
Clients are offered traumatic brain injury screenings which involves assessing individuals for signs and symptoms of bran trauma through various tests such as cognitive evaluations.
These screenings aim to detect any potential brain injuries early on, allowing for timely intervention and treatment.
