The Road Called STRATE offers many opportunities for individuals, youth & families to improve their skills & build community in a variety of ways.

Clients are assigned a Case Manager that based on individual needs, will support and provide resources on a case by case basis.

The Road Called STRATE is part of the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project (YHDP), providing support for young people ages 18–24 who are experiencing housing instability.

 

Our services focus on: Housing stability planning & case management, Referrals to housing opportunities and community resources, Employment, training, and education support, Mental health and wellness resources.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Screenings

Clients are offered traumatic brain injury screenings which involves assessing individuals for signs and symptoms of bran trauma through various tests such as cognitive evaluations.

These screenings aim to detect any potential brain injuries early on, allowing for timely intervention and treatment.
