A Community United Against Youth Violence

From Conversation to Action

Last night, we joined Royal Mentoring Group and other dedicated leaders for a powerful community forum focused on addressing the rise in youth violence.

🎤 Xavier Davis, founder of Royal Mentoring Group, and Simone Renee, Royal Executive, brought the energy and leadership to the mic at Paris Elementary during the community forum. Their passion for youth, purpose-driven approach, and commitment to real solutions made a lasting impact. This is what it looks like when leaders lead with heart and action. 💪🏾👑

Showing up is only the first step—true change comes through collaboration, intentional planning, and most importantly, execution. That’s what sets these leaders apart: they act. Whether it’s building community centers, launching youth programs, or tackling mental health, job readiness, and business development—this work is personal for them.

They’re not just filling a role; they’re answering a calling. Because our young people are the future, and if we don’t step up for them, who will?

Last night was a living example of that mindset personified—community, commitment, and a clear path forward. Let’s keep building together.

What Do You Think Is the Most Urgent Need to Help Curb Youth Violence?

  • More after-school and mentorship programs

  • Increased access to mental health support

  • Job training and business development opportunities

  • Better relationships between youth and law enforcement

🗣️ “Let us be heard.” A young leader speaks truth to power during the community forum on youth violence. This is why we show up—not just to talk about youth, but to listen to them. Their voice matters. Their future matters.
