Meet Keisha Williams, who joined The Road Called STRATE in July 2022, coming with a wealth of expertise of over a decade of experience in Corporate and Customer Service.
Known for her compassionate and approachable demeanor, Keisha seamlessly transitioned into her role as the Director of Case & Operations Management, leveraging her extensive experience to address the diverse needs of our clients.

Outside of work, Keisha treasures time with her two teenagers and beloved dog, Cookie, indulging in binge-watching her favorite shows and creating cherished memories with friends and family.
